Mathematical desktop application for high school students

I am in need of a software developer to create a mathematical program to aid high school studens in mathematical subjects.
We need the user to be able to put in data in the form they see in their workbooks (2D-input). The program then evaluates and solves the problem/equation.
An example of such a problem could be: find the equation for the line between the two points P(1,2) and Q(2,4).
The steps and solution found by the program should be output (perhaps to a PDF-file) in a way that’s readable by the user (2D output, MathML, LaTeX).
The program needs to be able to plot functions as well to illustrate functions.
You are free to use a free backend software solution except from Sage as the installation process is too complicated.
The final product needs to have the option for us to input templates for mathematical problems, which the program should then evaluate.
Examples of subjects the program needs to be able to solve:
Trigonometry (Cos, Sin, Tan)
Integration of functions, differentiation of functions.
Plots
Matrix-calculations
Optimization-problems (minimization and maximization)
Vector-calculation
Algebra – find solutions for one or more variables
