Make updates to product information on wordpress Woocommerce cart

We are looking for a person to make the same adjustments to each product on our shopping cart. We are using wordpress woocommerce so the person would need to be familiar with using it.
1. Switch the "ask info" tab off, then on (for some reason it needs to reset before it work properly)
2. Move any information in the "product description" area to the "product short description" and place the following short code below the description:
