C# Application uploading data to the wrong locations in MySQL database(repost)

I have a C# application which runs as a system service, saves data to the local disk, and periodically uploads the saved data into a remote server by submitting it to an asp.net script calling some c# code on the remote server.
The asp.net inserts the data into a MySQL database.
Somewhere along the way something is going wrong - the data (the results of some WMI queries) is going to the wrong locations in the MySQL database.
I need this fixed, I can supply the source for the C# application and the access to the dedicated server.
This must be fixed within the next 12 hours - please do not bid if you are not confident you can change the code to work correctly.
The code appears to be in Visual Studio 2010 at the minute.
