Job Description:
We are looking for professionals who has the potential in generating IT Sales for USA/Canada; UK and Europe regions
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Experience with Lead generation, Cold Calling, Negotiation, and Follow ups.
- Generate & Qualifies leads/prospects over the phone
- Converting the prospects into customers
- Identify and nurture relationships with customers via phone & email
- Capture and update customer information accurately
- Call prospective clients and explain product and services.
- Think up new ideas (what more to offer) for new projects with existing customers.
- Regular Follow-ups with existing clients, New Clients for Top-up (Cross Sale, UpSale)
- Should identify new market and opportunities
- Achieve budgeted and specified targets
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Key Considerations:
- Should have excellent Communication Skills (English) and Convincing Power
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple on-going relationships
- Candidate should have a positive attitude, should be goal & target oriented.
- Proven Experience in Sales & Lead Generation.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Energetic, Dynamic with excellent Selling Skills
- Preferred to have Website Selling Experience
