We run successful real estate team that is in need of an energetic and driven appointment setter. Looking for someone that is looking to help grow my business, so I can be in a position to make you rich!
Job Responsibilities include:
-calling to set "in-person appointments" with potential home sellers
-Utilizing a systematic follow up system
-taking notes from sales professional via skype and performing the required task such as phone call follow up, information retrieval, data base management of potential client contact info.
-meeting with me each day to discuss goals, process, successes, areas of concern and practice (skype Call )
- Work week consists of Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and 4:00pm-6:00pmPST
Job Requirements include:
-Perfect spoken and written American English
-DSL connection of 6mbps
-customer service or sales experience preferred. We will provide scripts and training, but an understanding of real estate is a huge plus
-Headset with microphone.
-you must provide a dedicated US Local number for you to use for outbond calls
-Quite area to make calls undisturbed and focused on GETTING APPOINTS
-we will provide you with phone numbers and scripts
-Email system understanding
-Excel, google docs, microsoft word knowledge.
Must have USA real estate experience. Training provided for position, but must come with common real estate knowledge.
