The Projects:
We will be conduct an inital project which will identify grants requiring a grant evaluator. Once we have the list of these particular grants we will proceed to Project II. If bidding seprately, we will provide the list of grantees to be researched.
Project II
Once a grant has been awarded and there is a list of grantees:
* Research all the awardees/school districts:
* Phone each school district and finding out from either the operator, or human resources, or the superintendent's assistant, or whomever as to who the project director is for the grant in question. In some cases the district will not have yet hired a project director, in which case find out who is currently managing/overseeing the grant.
* Create a spread sheet for the each grant containing all of the awardees. Spreadsheet will include:
* School district
* Mailing Address
* Project Director (or administrator assigned)
* Phone number(s) (and cell phone if you can get it.),
* Email address (s)
* Pertinent Notes
