Help in math tasks, 1st year of mathematics studies

I'm a first year student of mathematics. I need help with homeworks. I'm looking of a tutor, who firstly solve tasks that I can't solve, later provide a full, complete and formal solution in latex, then if necessary explain in Skype details
Tasks sometimes are challenging, especially related to integrating, function analytics, linear and affine geometry. You should be a inteligent person.
Fluent spoken english, possibility to chat on Skype and scientific title (Bachelor, Master, or higher) are a big advantages, but not necessary if You are a good taks solver.
The payment will depend on time spend on tasks, but I assume you do it fast.
