3d model from AutoCAD file (+ reference images provided)

I need someone to build a 3d model based on AutoCAD drawing. The space to be modelled is about 5 rooms that are connected. Part of the drawing is attached so you kinda now what you dealing with. The purpose is to show how the space feels. No furniture required. Simple but high quality renders: only walls, doors, windows and ceiling with lighting. Images for material specs used in the project will be provided as well as images of examples how it would look like in real life. I need good 3d realistic renderings and at the end of work I would require the 3d file (if it's 3dS MAX).
There will be future projects so I will look for someone to work with for more than one project.
