Property Photo Editing

I am a professional Photographer seeking a dynamic and open minded person to that can undertake some basic image editing of Property. I have recently been awarded numerous contracts which are on a monthly turnover and although the budget is small, this is ongoing work.
I require a person with Lightroom and / or Photoshop skills who will be able to edit a set of images sent to them in RAW format to a specific standard and style (the details of which will be provided).
Each Set (one per property) will require editing of a minimum of 25 images (sometimes a few more depending on size of Property but never more than 30).
But it is basic editing (Colour Correction, enhance brightness, shadows , straighten, uprights...) Nothing drastic like adding water to an empty swimming pool...
I have a budget of €7.00 per set and currently have a list of more than 50 sets.
I only shoot sets at the weekend. Selected Set images would be sent to you electronically on a Sunday Night and you would have all week to have them sent back. (before the following Weekend).
You will be required to validate your skills with a test set prior to being awarded the ongoing project, but further details will be provided upon selection.
