3D Colorfull Illustration? from a proposed residential development site plan sketch.
## Deliverables
We will provide the Seller with the site plan sketch file in PDF or CAD format (whichever seller prefers) and we expect from the seller to send? back to us the source file and a PDF file of a 3D of that sketch and in color on a sheet size of 24.00 in. x 36.00 in. We expect the project to be done in 36 business hours.
At the request of the seller, we will provide with sample file from a finished product.
We have added a package to see what it is all about read below:
See file attachment "Sketch [url removed, login to view]" for the exact layout of the illustration, we need show in 3D standing housing? and the parking, roads and the other? items? such as the trees and the park? as laid out? on this sketch as viewed from the top as seen on the file attachment named "Sample View [url removed, login to view]". The housing should be three story housing with the exterior look as seen on file attachment named "3D color Spec'[url removed, login to view]".

Also please make sure you have a sample of about the same project we are looking for. If you didn't provide a sample yet, please provide one and send me a new message to that effect, so I know that you have provided one.
