Custom Linux ISO needs refinement

We have a "custom" ISO build that will allow us to use it so that our software can be easily installed on a server.
The ISO build is currently pretty generic, when you put it on a CD or a USB key, it will go through the process of creating a minimal build on a PC, laptop or anything actually.
The only issue at the moment, is that it still asks for a few prompts along the way, they are not many, but enough to make it a "hands on" install, whereas we want a mainly "hands off" install.
The person that should be able to install the Linux build should be one without much computer knowledge, let alone, Linux knowledge.
The current install is 95% built, but needs the final touches done, they are as follows:
There are tooo many prompts and the prompts need to be narrowed down. Specifically to:
- select country
- select timezone (list is reduced to only timezones of the given country)
- select locale (list is reduced to only locales applicable to the selected country, eg EN-CA and FR-CA)-- only UTF8 locales-- if only one is present in the list then it should automatically be selected and the installer should proceed.
The time needed for this is to create a significant data set, but its not a difficult job.
We basically want the person installing the ISO, to have a very minimal "menu" of things to select and for most to go through without issue.
The link to the ISO will be given to the person that wins the project. There's nothing unusual about it, but its about 580MB in size, so can't upload it here.
"Terms of payment" Upon awarding the job, a milestone will be created for the "entire" amount owed. Freelancer will hold this money, but none of the milestone will be released until the job is 100% complete. Do not ask for any milestone payments until all the work is 100% finalized. Its important to note, that since Freelancer will hold ALL the funds, you have NO risk of not getting paid as long as the job is done properly and in a timely manner.
