Changes to a PHP site - Listings

I have a working php listings site and need to make some improvements to current functionality
Categories, add sub categories option and ordering by option:
I need to be able to have categories and sub categories and define the ordering manually
Currently the CMS only lets me have categories ordered by name ( see image )
Set Front Display icon for a listing that is not the default image
Currently all listings for all categories have a default icon,
Change to be able to define a default icon to be used for all listings in a selected category
Set "is a stockist [Yes][no] new field
When adding a listing I want a Yes No choice for the above, if Yes is selected a different icon is shown for the front end ( same icon for all listings )
Add listing to multiple categories
Currently i need to add a listing multiple times into every category.
I want to be able to add 1 listing, and choose what categories they belong to via tick boxes
