Auto clasified site modifications

Hi i would like an auto classified site called [url removed, login to view] which is PHP installed for me. I would also like some modifications maybe to the theme and also to make it more user friendly to the australian car market.
I would like facebook like , google plus and all the other social media plugins installed also. This is an ongoing project also as i will request modifications and maintenance on the site also as traffic starts to build.
