Custom Timeline Filter for Wordpress

We are in need of a developer that can customize a wordpress template. We need a "timeline" component to be used as a filter in wordpress template. The main navigation will serve as an initial filter (Type, Name & Size). When selected, the projects will need to be displayed on a timeline based on the selection. When a thumbnail is selected, the single project page will be displayed...and continue to show the filter. An example of sort by size and sort by type is attached. When sort by type is utilized, it will be necessary to group the items on the timeline based on type.
