Convert WordPress Template to Snapp CMS Website

I'm looking for someone to convert a Wordpress template from Theme Forest into a website running on another CMS called Snapp CMS.
This is the first of many projects of this nature and we hope to build an ongoing relationship with the successful vendor.

I have also attached the code for this Wordpress template to help assist with quoting.
I'm looking for someone experienced in both Wordpress, PHP and CMS development in general who can take this code and wrap it around our Snapp CMS framework.

* Blog Article Template - modules/blog/templates/default/[url removed, login to view]
* Form Template - modules/form/templates/default/[url removed, login to view]
* FAQs Template - modules/faqs/templates/default/[url removed, login to view]

* NO Design is required for this project
* NO custom HTML/CSS is required for this project, however a knowledge of HTML/CSS will be necessary for the conversion to Snapp CMS
* All templates mentioned above must be properly skinned using the HTML/CSS from the Wordpress template
* Content to be converted across "as is" - no requirement for any additional content
* All content should be entered into the CMS - NOT into the template directly (appropriate login details will be provided)
* All PHP must be modified to work correctly in Snapp CMS
* All templates must work 100% for the project to be deemed to be completed
