I have html responsive template which need to convert in CMS to update and edit the contents of all pages. Also required :-

I uploaded currently all html files on this url.
1) Edit the all pages contents which i will provide.
2) Contacts us page which goes to my email address after submit the contact details.
3) Few edits of pages alignments.
4) Create gallery for pages to show our work and all.
5) Set up all website on my server after completion work.
Rest we can discuss with selected contractor.
My budget is 20$ for this small Job. Only applied who really want rating and nice feedback. No fishing proposal please.
