Final product should consist of the follwing.

Windows application ? XP - >windows 7 compatable.

When the application runs it should appear? be a full screen? digital clock that is seeded by the OS clock.

Customizable to include or exclude any portion of the clock? so only the chosen fields are visible

Example:

show full clock

show only minutes

show only hour

show minutes and seconds

the chosen numerals should then be proportioanly distributed on the screen depending on number of fields chosen

Customizable background color to include the ability to use an image file as the background.

Ability to change the color each numeral? individually.

aility to automatically change a numeral color when a certain numeral is shown.

Example:? numerals are red but when numeral in second minute field is either 8 or 9 it appears yellow but changes back to red when any other number appears

Ability to make numeral "flash" based on numeral that appears.

Example:? when the numer is 9 it flashes but returns to "normal" when it changes to any other number

Text "message bar along bottom that supports either static text or scrollable text.

This textbar and text can be colored individually.

The text can be custmized and password locked.

High quality graphics that? will be clean and crisp? on any size screen from 19-55 inch diagonal monitor.

application window should be? drag and drop scalable? up to full? screen.
