I would like to setup an online money transfer portal where users can deposit cash to our paypal account from their accounts, as well as visa and mastercard accounts, securely of course and once paypal has confirmed the transaction, we can have the application send a secure communication to our accounting department who will then initiate the transfer of the funds to the user.
The key direction here is the transfer of funds via mobile telephony technology which will be our key area of service
ie user registers, makes a request to transfer a fixed amoutn and is directed to paypal, amount is transferred and user details as well as transaction details are sent to accounts department for processing,hopefully within an hour.
