We are soon going to start a company for which we need a simple yet elegant and attractive website in HTML, PHP etc. We do not require Flash.
We basically need you to design a template for the website. There will be some 5-10 main pages including the Home Page. The template should be professionally done. We also require a basic logo.
We also need a User Login section where the users login with their ids and passwords and there should be 2-3 pages uniquely dedicated to each user as per his specifications and requirements, ie. for his data.
We will tell all the details to the winning bidder. We are not looking for very expensive solutions and would appreciate if we could do the project within our budget of $300 (lower bids will be preferred, though time is not a constraint).

PS: You need to show us a few sample templates from our website before we choose you. You must be willing for certain revisions as and when required. We will provide you all the content for the website, you don't need to worry about that.
