OVERVIEW:
In details, I have a Running URL Shortening service with API support. I need to build a simple 1 page website that uses jQuery or AJAX to process the requests.
This web-page finally will be used in my other websites to enable those websites' visitors to shorten their URLs.
You will be provided with a ready-to-use PHP function that will process the shortening process, all what you need to do is to build the homepage and support it with the jQuery or AJAX functionality..

Needed Points:
* All the phrases, words, comments or instructions that will be used in the web-page should be stored in and retrieved from a single file (named [login to view URL] for example) and should be in the syntax of a regular PHP array (NOT XML).
** The web-page is strongly recommended to be CENTER aligned with all of its elements, since it will be used in both right-to-left and left-to-right languages, We will take care of translating the file mentioned in the previous point.
*** The final page should be ready to go on any Linux-Apache-PHP (LAP) Server, and should NOT use MySQL or any databases, or require any special installation.
**** Finally, we know.. building such page isn't a big deal, so PLEASE consider a decent bids so we can win the pleasure of dealing with you..!!

EXTRA CLARIFICATION:
Dear provider,
Please note.. that I do NOT need you to create a URL Shortening service.
All I need you to do, is to create and design a page based on the running website's API.
So, this page (made by you) will be uploaded to our other websites to add an extra service on them.
You will be supplied with a PHP function that you use to pass a long URL, and a short one will be returned.
Thus, all you need is to make your touches on the new page using jQuery, AJAX.. etc..
Again, please.. have a look on the simple draw that we made.. which may illustrate the idea for you..
