We are in need of a front end design with a back end admin panel for easy updates. The design will be similar to some of the following sites:

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

I would like to give you a few guidelines before starting. These are the exact features that we would like in the design.

The navigation menu should have the same rollover effects as [url removed, login to view] Each page on the menu should change colors when you rollover the text, and when selected, the color/effect should remain as the rollover effect. We do not need the dropdown menus for a rollover effect.

1) I have attached a preview of the "Our Companies" page. When you select one of the logos of our companies, the summary below should update with the information for that company. We should be able to add this information from the admin panel.

2) The "Contact Us" page can be a basic contact page, or we can simply add a contact email.

3) The "Team" page should have a picture of the employee and a description. This should be updated from the admin page as well.

4) "About Us" will be a paragraph of text that we can upload and change in the admin panel.

5) "Newsroom" page will have a list that looks like the following link. We should be able to add a link, a title for the news article, and a date of the publication: [url removed, login to view]

6) "Work With Us" page will be a paragraph that we can update from the admin panel. Also, we will need to add a contact email address in the description.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the project. Thanks for your interest in working with us.

FYI: We already have a logo that you can use for the website. The color scheme will also be based off of the logo.
