Beautiful & Basic Wordpress Landing Page Needed

I am a mobile app company that will be releasing apps late in 2012.
All I need at this point is a basic wordpress landing page to start collecting email addresses from potential customers.
I don't have any content yet.
All I picture is a very large version of my logo with a brief description of what we will be doing and a box (integrated with mailchimp) so people can type in their email addresses for updates. Maybe you could integrate a cool looking menu on top.
Eventually I'd be adding the various app information when they start being developed.
I'm looking to work with someone long-term as I will need to build this website out further in the future along with creating facebook fan pages, twitter pages and google + pages.
My budget is $50 for this basic landing page. Please DO NOT reply if you can't do it for under $50.
