I need an affiliate network platform built. It needs three admin area one for the affiliate, one for the client and one for admin, admin must have multiple user privilages. There must be an affiliate signup form and client signup form. The leads will be processed in realtime and sold instantly to clients. The admin areas must have full reporting, accounting and lead tracking in real time. System must generate affiliate ids and tracking codes. The affiliate must be able to generate a variety of lead chanels and we also need a java form for which we will provide the content.

This is a fairly complex project therefore no individuals, teams only please. This project must be completed in 30 days. Full specification will be given to wining bidder.
