CD writer

I need a program to write to cd.

It should write any kind of data

I should be able to pass a list of files and folders to the function and thay be writen to disk. This is a small part of another app, so i would like to keep any submisions to only one form if posiable. You are free to use whatever else you require; custom controls, modules or whatever. I dont want this to rely on any other outside app, like Direct CD, but work alone.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
