CSS fixes

This job is pretty easy to describe visually. Please see the before and after attachments. It basically involves changing the render order of two divs on the index page at [url removed, login to view]

I've tried just cut and pasting the id="buttwrap_h" divs so that they appear underneath the id="latestPosting" divs, but this seems to have a horrible effect on the page render.

Hopefully there's a css master out there who can figure out what's up with this and make a quick buck. Thanks for bidding.

** EDIT: I've received a request for the source code.

The live source (View -> Page Source in Internet Explorer) is semantically almost identical to the php that generates it. I don't have clearance to give you access to the php code, but you shouldn't need it anyway. If you can fix it to make it work with the live source, I can surely apply your changes to the php version.
