Debugging some bugs on Opencart

Debug a list of bugs on a multi-store e-commerce platform. Must be skilled with OpenCart.
List of Bugs:
- empty shopping cart upon 'select a country'
- billing details, country list (to list all countries all over the world)
- delivery details, show only that country ("selected storefront country")
- delivery details history of past address of customer (i want to use an existing address -> from list - show only that country "selected storefront country")
- different country / state has different shipping charges (where to change for state)
- remove return request (my account)
- search keyword must include the type of flowers / categories: roses, lilies, sunflowers, gerberas, birthday, anniversary etc
- change design template of timer (light gray, smaller)
