Create Sales Page for Wordpress

I have a commercial site that uses Wordpress as its content management system ( CMS ): [[url removed, login to view]][1]

I would like to set up a sales page on this site.

At the moment I have:

* Content written

* The page designed.

I need someone to basically:

*take the content&design and implement them

* take my tweaks and changes and post the page up. Please quote "fiffy" to be considered

* link up the sales buttons at the bottom of the site to our paypal account ( I shall provide the code )

* Let me know if they implement anything outside of the html or visual Wordpress editors that makes the page work.

I don't want the sales page to have sidebars or any navigation bars:

ii) The only thing people should be able to click on is the order buttons at the bottom of the page.

I have attached an image of the sales page: its less than 2000 words. We will send the winning bidder the written content

I reserve the right to make 24 - 48 hours worth of tweaks and changes while perfecting the page. Please also quote " aloof" to be considered.

The order buttons at the bottom of the page will be linked to our paypal accounts and we will provide the winning bidder with the code.

The winning bidder should teach me how to create Johnson boxes so that I can add Johnson boxes with testimonials later on. To see an example of a a Johnson box click here:

I would like to add the symbol for "Nationally Recognized Training" somewhere prominently at the top and at the bottom of the page - at the bottom of the page make it look like the homepage of [url removed, login to view] with the JTI logo to the left and the symbol for Nationally Recognized Training on the right.
