I want to design a websit including an apartments online reservations and the user can search for specific apartment in specific city and if he finds a free onehe can? book and paid online. Also there will be a client application for each appartments owner connected with our database to make sure that our database is updated.
the website should design with php with two interfaces english (left to right)? and arabic (right to left) and don't warry about the arabi side we can help you filling the text.

## Deliverables
mainly we have 4 main sides to be delivered 1) customer side: This is going to be the one displayed online. It is going to be like [login to view URL] or expedia.com. 2) Merchant side: This is going to be the place where the apartment buildings owners going to manage the apartments to be displayed online 3) Admin side: it is a place where the business owner going have an overall management of the whole project 4) client side: this is a mini-application going to be installed on the computer of each apartment building. it is going to help the building staff monitor reservations coming to them. Please refer to the attachment for more details in the functionality of each side in addition 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
