Convert IPB 3.4.x to phpBB3

The situation is pretty simple: I've got a pretty standard IPB 3.4.x board. However, I'm very unhappy with their software and looking to jump back to phpBB3 in order to drop that expense entirely. The community is rather large for a group of writers, getting over 7,000 posts a month at the moment and having a current total of well over 116,000. The current size of the MySQL database is just over 660 MB.
I happen to know that this isn't an incredibly herculean task. Invision Power Services offers converters of their own to go from phpBB3 to IPB. I'm just looking to reverse that process and see what people would be willing to do it for.
