I have an old friend who is needing something along of the lines of contact management. We would like a MYSQL database on a PHP platform. This system would need customizable fields, customizable statuses, auto callback notification and a couple of security levels. Basic security levels would be, other users can only change the contacts that are assigned to them.
Also, all users should be able to pull a page up by contacts assigned to them and sort by field. All users should be able to view all leads, but not change them or view the phone number. Basically just a look up searchable field so they can see which contact is assigned to which user. Users can also create new records and but the database should reject same emails and/or phone numbers
