Like to Download and Tweet to Download Script

Looking for someone to build some code for me for facebook and twitter.
I want a like to download and a follow to download application created. This company does it, but they have Iframe in the code, and I want to own the code myself. This way I can update the images. This will be embedded in my wordpress site. I would like the files zipped up and quick directions on how to install them.
We will do the FTP and will handle the design portion.
We should be able to give the Facebook page or twitter account and someone clicks like or follow and then are able to click a button and be directed to special content.
There is a company called inboundnow that does this, you can google them and see their tool. That is what we want but to own the code.
