Looking for a basic rewrite of the HTML WebInterface for CrushFTP.

I only want to work with a single developer. ? No teams, no management, etc. ? The project is small enough a single person can understand it and develop it. ? Developer must be an EXPERT at JQuery and CSS.
I'm looking for a JQuery rewrite. ? I don't need the entire thing re-written, but need the shell of it started that has a good design for the CSS which is easily skinnable with JQuery UI elements. ? This is to replace the Flash based interface and the old custom javascript interface that the site currently employs.
Design should rely on JQuery UI elements avoiding third party plugins unless absolutely necessary.
Starting page will be the [url removed, login to view] page. ? The login page will reference the js file which will make the call to approve or deny the login as it currently does today. ? If approved, the user will be redirected to the "root" URL of the web server. ? From there, the interface will be loaded from a static html file. ? Primarily a single file listing window.
Alternate views with grid, tree, and list formats. ? File listings are available with XML calls. ? Icons are available with arguments too.
Need basic popup JQuery Dialog support to replicate some existing functionality.
Interface will handle performing uploads via standard browser HTTP POST methods. ? Progress bars can be displayed during upload via HTTP post calls that can be made to the server to learn the received byte count.
I intend to use the code provided and work and expand on it myself from there. ? I am a very skilled Javascript developer, but do not have time to code this part myself. ? If I really like the work performed, I may offer additional work.
This project is for the shell of the functionality I described. ? So this means some basic JQuery file listings, good CSS, and "skinability". ? If you need additional info, don't hesitate to contact me.
