Create multiple posts from uploaded files - Wordpress

again! I need some way of creating multiple posts in wordpress from 1000s of uploaded mp3.
So I have this bunch of mp3s (hundreds of them) and I need to create one Worpdress post for each file, like this:
Post title: mp3 filename
Post contents: mp3 file
How do I achieve this without losing my mind? There has to be a way to automate this process. If you are able to come up with a solution or create a plugin for this, it'll be great.
