I would like a site similar in design and functionality to this site [url removed, login to view] ... but just the Online TV section with some changes.
Site would be built in PHP.
I do not want the users to need to install any software like Sopcast or something else. Just flash.
Channels or stream files to be especially from Romania ... and other countries but not necessary.
Each user will be restricted to one stream, or one public IP to avoid missuses.
The Flashplayer should have a similar design to this site [url removed, login to view], with my logo as watermark.
I do not know what is needed for this project (like installing the rtmp server or how to make the stream files), so you have to do all the work.
Also I will give no payment in advance. So you can try on your domain then show me, this will prevent any of us getting scammed and will get the job done.
