Browser bookmarklet and add-on (FF, IE, SAFARI, Chrome)

I am looking for a developer to build a browser button add-on and bookmarklet (win/mac: firefox, IE, safari,chrome) commonly used for bookmarking web services such as:

etc.

additional detail: Create a bookmarklet and add-on for IE, Firefox, and Safari that will let users submit the web page they are currently looking at to my web site. This is similar to the del.icio.us or digg browser submit button.

As the user is browsing, they should be able to click a button on the toolbar, that button will open a new window containing a form. The code must be handed over to me at the end of the project. If you only know how to develop toolbars for Firefox, just bid on that part of the project. Please send me samples of previous bookmarklet/add-ons that you've developed.
