I need 2 simple image rotators integrated into my site. I don't care if they are just open source snippets.

1 banner is horizontal - 728x90

1 side banner - 300x250

In the Admin panel - under Settings I would like to add "Ad Manager"

From this area admins can upload images for either banner and supply links for members to click on. Admins need to be able to upload approximately 10 images per banner area. The images should rotate upon a page refresh.

The images need to be displayed in the proper places within the script.

I need this project completed ASAP!
