Basic WordPress Re-Coding (CSS & JS Compression)

I have a WordPress PHP Website, I have the u-design theme: [url removed, login to view]

As you can see from my code, it's a mess. I have four CSS files and around 6 JS files.

I want only 1 CSS file, 1JS file and 1 Printer friendly CSS file.

I also have 6 W3C errors that i want fixed: [url removed, login to view]

Move the 'Revolution Slider' to a CSS file and make sure it works.

Remove the Inline styling.

I also want excess and useless code removed to increase the speed of my website.
