Fix Wordpress search problems

I have a page on a Wordpress site which allows you to search properties. The page is here: [login to view URL]
Most of the search options work fine. Except it has the following problems that I need fixed:
1. If you select a property type of "Land" - it shows no results, but I can see those properties in WP Admin
2. Putting a "price min" of 1, and a "price max" of 1000000 - shows no results
If you could do this today it would be fantastic - I will pay immediately.
