We need a simple script application to fetch the following data from the HUD website ([url removed, login to view]) and save it to an local MySql Database:
- List of houses for sale for a selected state, county or zip code
- The list needs to be saved to a local MySQL database with all the details (***see Property Information below):
- List of Bid Results for a selected state, county or zip code
- The list needs to be saved to a local MySQL database with all the details
- Create a simple HTML view / interface for both list
* Take in consideration that this is the 1st module of a possible much bigger project overtime.
