There is a client of mine who has got his clients who used to fill up a questionnaire manually and now this client of mine wants to build this Questionnaire as a wordpress plugin.
The site will have a front end in wordpress. In the front end , there will be end clients who will be logging in to the site and then will get to see the preface, glossary, chapters, etc.
When they go to a chapter and selects that, the respective Questionnaire will show up with the 4 answers with radio buttons beside those.
These Questions will be filled by him and after that the Questions will be saved under his login data.
When he wants, he can download the entire questionnaire and also can take a direct print out of the questionnaire.
Also there is a section where the Questionnaire needs to be stored under users and a report generation is required.
50% of the plugin is already developed and the Reporting part is left to be developed by you.
And, the entire plugin has to be integrated with the front end that needs to be done by you.
We are looking for a team of individual who can take this responsibility and complete this work within our budget.
