I'm setting up a website which have some special features and need some advices.

I make all the website designs ready in photoshop file for programmer to code it in html, css, php, mysql...

I'm worry that the programmers I hired will take the idea and make it their own.

It's unfair if this happened, better safe than sorry.

Other than Non-disclosure agreement, is there any technical ways I can do to protect the idea, designs and etc?

Hope that someone can guide me through this.
