I need a very professional website for modelling business. Ideally, it would have a nice intro showing couple of female models and something about the company with an option to skip and go directly to a website. There will be only 4-5 pages like About us, contact us, Home Page etc. Website graphics has to be very good and professional. Visitors should be able to contact us and get a password. On the website there will be a page where you enter this password and this takes you to a website with model profiles (this website already exists, so it should just link to it if password is correct).

As well as nice graphics, a SEO is required to get website to top 10 in google for keywords brisbane modelling, models in brisbane etc. Further details and specifications will be given on request.
If you are not a SEO expert, just make a bid for a web design and I will create a separate bid request for web and graphics design part.
If you are a SEO specialist, but not a graphical designer you can also put your bid and I will create a separate bid request for that.
Note for SEO: I understand that getting to top 10 on google will take time, so I will need you to optimize website as much as you can (links, content etc) and then do tuning in the near future to improve rating. You need to have a good experience in SEO for me to consider your bid.
It would be good to see previous work for all bidders.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
