I need a flash banner for my webpage with the menu items (Fooldal, Bejelentkezes, Regisztracio, Forum, GYIK Kapcsolat) directly under the banner. I worked a bit on the banner but it needs some more work you can see it at: [url removed, login to view]

I will also need a script to check if the user has flash installed or not. And in case he has no flash installed a jpg picture should load instead of the flash banner and all menu items still need to be avilable.

Please show me works you did or demo.

-banner should load fast.
