Create flash demo for CD/DVD

Hi,

I need a flash file creating to go on a CD/DVD. It needs to demonstrate a site already in existence.

Then login in as:

Once in you can pick a Conference, then start watching the streaming video listed on the right.

What I need an offline demostration of that process showing around 3 seperate videos.

The presentation will have limited interactivity. PolicyreviewTV staff will be using it on demonstrations. They will only need to click the login link, login (well at least apear to be logging in). Pick a few videos and play them.

We can supply the videos in FLV or SWF format.

This needs to work on a CD/DVD so I will take advice on the best method of production. I would assume the whole thing in flash with flat graphics (screen grabs) of the relevant pages with transparent buttons to replcicate the required limited interactivity. But if you have a better idea please let me know.

I need to get back to my client with a price today so please at the very minimum give me ballpark figures I can work with.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
