This is a basic website needed for Misty Highwood. This will be a basic pay site which hosts videos and pictures. Here are the detail of what the site needs. We are open to suggestions and comments to keep the cost low.
1. The site will need to have a short 5 page preview with pictures and a short video clips
2. People will be able to join the site and will be offered two forms of membership.
3. a. Monthly reoccurring fee
4. b. One time non- reoccurring 3 month membership
5. Once a member of the site they will have access to the members area. ( and receive password and login info )
6. Members area will have a photo gallery which can be viewed.
a. Photos must be able to be organized by categories
7. Members area will have a video gallery where members can view videos posted on site
8. Members area will have a links to other sites section
9. Members area will have banners at bottom of pages for ads to other sites
10. View my live web cam shows with date and time of web cam show listed
11. All of the content should be able to be added, deleted, and edited from a simple administrative page.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
