GPS coordinates from cell phone

Need a process that runs on? cell phones? (concerned with a standard phone as well as Blackberry and Windows Mobile cell phone devices) to post to a web service,? the latitiude and longitude positions at varying intervals (in? minutes) configurable by the user. Need to post this info to a web service passing in the Lat, Long and Mac Address/Serial # of the phone - i.e. some unique identifying piece of info.

## Deliverables

* Would like to be able to have the user download the payload from a web site for easy configuration so a packaged application ready for download and install would be required.
