Delphi Microsoft Access Database Program

I am looking for a Delphi program that will access a Microsoft Access ( 2003 ) database with two tables or you can break it in to two databases the only difference is the OLE object. The program must run on a system that doesn't have Access installed.

**The access file must contain the following fields:**

auto id

date

time

text

Memo

integer ( number )

Currency

yes/no

OLE Object binary ( for images , richedit text, or any other file ) ( 2nd table only)

Hyperlink

The program will provided examples on how to access these fields.

example on importing a CSV file into the database.

I have attached a database the program should be able to access both tables ( if this is not possible or easier to program then break them up into two tables ).

The program must be able to do the following functions:

Read all the info from one row into a form in a delphi program. ( textbox, tmemo, timage, etc.. )

Search the database by any field and display the results in the a delphi program form

Display a search for like items in a tstringgrid on a delphi form.

Export the information to a CSV file by a search from delphi program

Export the whole database contents to a CSV file from the dephi program.

Add information to the database ( complete row ) from the delphi program

Alter information for any row in the database from the delphi program.

Delete any row .

Delete a block of rows.

Create a New Database on the fly ( if possible. If this is not possible mention this when you bid or it will be expected.)

I have INDY 10 & JVCL installed you can use these libraries.

Requirements Delphi 2006 - Most Delphi 7-2006 programs will compile with 2006 decided that at your own risk. However it must compile under Delphi 2006 or the work will not be complete.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
