data entry from a book

I have a book with about 600 pages where a number of properties. I would need someone to enter data for each of these properties in a database. We just need to add this data from the book: - Name of property, address, phone, mobile, fax, email, url. We don't want the description. Sametimes the address or email is missing or other fields. We don't want the description, it's less work to do. I've attached a sample page of one of 1 page. This scan has 2 pages. Each of the pages has 10 properties as you can see. I would like to have a price for the whole book, not per hour or per property, but for the whole book. I have a couple of books more when this one is done. I would prefer someone from Europe, and if possible a team/company because it would possibly be 2 books, and more later, and I would need to send the books to your postal address. I look forward to your bids.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
