The Standard Test Data Format (STDF) is a binary file format to capture the test results during semiconductor manufacturing. An STDF file consists of a sequence of binary records. There is also a convention of how to represent such records in ASCII.

Recently a few new record types have been suggested to the standardization body. We're looking for somebody who adds support of three additional records to FreeSTDF.

## Deliverables

The document that describes the STDF file format is available for download on [login to view URL] The three additional records that are to be added are of similar complexity as the

* File Attributes Record (FAR)

* Pin Map Record (PMR)

* Multiple-Results Parametric Record (MPR)

The detailed specification of the record formats will be provided.

After the draft standard has been accepted, the code will be submitted to the Sourceforge project.
