I require a strong programmer that can complete this project.

This project was started, by another team but due to delays I want speed things up.

The winner will be required to sign a NDA, if you are not willing to sign this then it’s best you don’t bid as the project will not be awarded to someone that’s not willing to do so.

Member must be fluent in the way of API calls.

Member must also be available for contact via MSN where possible.

Sadly due to the failure of hiring the wrong people in the past there has been delays, this project could be broken down as some is already been created.
